  1. such a great write up! I'm not gonna lie I wasn't a very big fan of either Romeo Revised or Conflict at Provincials 09 but I bet if I saw either of them again now I might have a different opinion on them then I did when I was sixteen and competing against those group

  2. I agree that being a participant can somewhat skew someone's personal opinion of the other plays. Romeo and Conflict were my favorites in 09, so I was happy to see them win, but had I been competing, I bet I would have had an entirely different view. That's why I appreciate the SDA Festivals as just that -- a festival, not a competition. So much easier to enjoy ALL the plays that way!
